Important message regarding our Center City and Ellis Preserve branches

In our continued commitment to inform members of how we are adapting to the Coronavirus ;(COVID-19), we have an important message regarding our Center City and Ellis Preserve branches. 

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has ordered the temporary closure of all “non-life-sustaining” businesses effective March 19, 2020 at 8:00 PM. As financial institutions are considered essential areas of life, Sun Federal will remain open for service. However, given that our Center City and Ellis Preserve branches are located in larger office buildings, which for the most part will be closed, we have made the decision, for the safety of our members and employees, to close these branches until further notice. 

We understand this may be an inconvenience or interruption in your daily banking needs. If you have questions, would like to perform a transaction, or need assistance locating another branch, we strongly encourage members to utilize the following resources:

• Contact us through the Message Center in Online & Mobile Banking

• Find a Branch/ATM near you 

  o   If using a Shared Branch, we advise calling these locations first as they may also be affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. 

To continue serving you, all other Sun Federal locations in the Philadelphia area and all locations in the Toledo area (excluding our Perrysburg branch) will remain open with restricted lobby access and full access to drive-thru and walk-up Harmony/ATMs where available. 

We have a range of digital services available so you can safely and securely access your account without visiting a branch.
