A Few Things to Note Before Filling Out the Application:

Eligibility: This annual scholarship is available to Sun Federal Credit Union members or their children/grandchildren.

Video Technical Requirements:

  • We will only accept links to videos on YouTube (set to Unlisted).
  • To keep your entry anonymous, do not include your name within your video. Don't worry, your video URL will be kept with your application information so we can properly identify you. 
  • All videos should remain active until April 30, 2025. Scholarship winners' videos will be posted on our website and therefore should remain accessible until April 30, 2026.
  • Issues with your submission (i.e. a broken video link, audio issues, inappropriate content, etc.) must be corrected at Sun Federal's request in order to be considered. Uncorrected submissions may be excluded from judging. Any requested edits must be completed by April 9, 2025. 

Application Process: 

  • Create a video that responds to the given prompt. You will need to include the URL of your video in your application.
  • Complete the application below by March 17, 2025 (11:59 PM). 
  • SFCU will contact the top 3 scholarship winners by phone no later than April 13, 2025. Scholarship placement will be decided by video score (highest score will received 1st place, second highest score will receive 2nd place and so on) and will be announced during the SFCU Annual Member Celebration on April 26, 2025.
